128kbps stream is now available

We've been trying some things. Some have worked. Some haven't. Due to lack of interest (and for a variety of technical reasons) our aacPlus stream is no longer available. If and when iTunes and other players provide built-in support, we will resume streaming in aacPlus.

The 128kbps mp3 stream can be accessed through our "Tune In" page. No Easter Egg Hunts. Click on the broadband link for your player (excluding iTunes) and enjoy the high quality tunes.

Please contact us with any comments or feedback.

Better Bitrate Poll

Early results seem to indicate a preference for 128kbps mp3 or 64kbps windows media. Would you consider a $25 annual donation that would allow you VIP access to a higher quality stream?

Your feedback would be appreciated. Feel free to use the Contact Us link at the top of this page.

Ahhh... That's better

Nothing ever goes as planned. Despite extensive research and testing, our recent software upgrade taxed our aging cpu's ability to the point of system instability.

I am happy to announce that we have moved RoosterRadio.Net to a high powered server somewhere in Cyberspace. If you were listening this afternoon, you (no doubt) noticed a rather abrupt switch as we retired our old machine and brought the new one online. Sorry for the inconvenience. There were a number of things that needed to be ironed out and scheduling a set switch over was not possible.
